Reviews for North East Auto Services
Recently had an mot which required more work to my car - I just wanted to comment on the young gentleman (Keiran) in reception - I was there for a couple of hours waiting to be picked up and the way he interacted with customers both in person and on the telephone was so lovely to watch - he kept me informed all the way and nothing seemed to be too much for him - makes all the difference to customers to be treated so friendly - huge asset to your company keep up the good work -
Always great service, been using for years
Staff were really helpful and prices are alway competitive. I have used there services before as it’s nearby on Darlington Back
Lane and I have always been really pleased so thought this time I would post a review. Will return in the future and will be trying their other services.

From booking in - to arrival - to being kept update - and for collection, it’s been a great experience.
Kieran has been lovely throughout.
Had my front brakes & pads done.
And they even put some air in one of my tyres for me.
Would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from North East Auto Services in Middlesbrough. They fixed my car and went above and beyond by checking everything over for me to make sure it was safe and running properly. Really friendly, professional and trustworthy service. I’m so pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their car looked at. Thank you! 🚗🔧
A brilliant garage - the service is always great, everything is well-communicated and I leave with a good understanding of what needs doing and why. I’ve been coming back for over a year and would fully recommend!
Lovely staff, very fair and honest, would totally recommend!
Absolutely outstanding! Dropped in today 3/4way to caravan stay in mickleby, loud knocking coming from side of car, they came straight out, diagnosed the issue, sent for the parts, and fixed it all same afternoon, we got an uber to shop centre while we waitied
They rang when car was ready,
Saved our bacon, we were able to get to our caravan mended with full peace of mind...
Definitely 5 stars
